ITM Publishing Services and its two sister companies - Cscape & Bluesky Hosting are wholly owned subsidiaries of AIM listed Internet services group NETB2B2 plc.

Netb2b2 was formed some 3 years ago by the aggregation of three cornerstone companies focussed on industry leading technologies from IBM (Blue Sky) and Microsoft (cScape) and a key early market focus on the publishing and media markets (ITM Graphics). This market focus has now been extended to include Central and Local Government, the not-for-profit sector, financial services, membership organisations and e-commerce.

Our over-riding business objective is to become a leading provider of internet-based information services. The company adds value by offering subsidiary companies the corporate platform from which to launch their ambitious plans.

The company is traded on the AIM stock market in London and has rapidly built a track record for strong business leadership having weathered the internet boom AND bust and by focussing on customer value and excellence in delivery has created a very strong and loyal customer base.

As we move through the current year our ambition is to increase our depth in current business areas and through a combination of investment in our current companies, increased partnering and selected acquisition broaden and enhance our value position to our clients, our return to our shareholders and our commitment to our employees.
